Pre-Authorization Reminders:
- When scheduling exams that require Pre-Authorization, please keep the following in mind.
- Don't include holidays or weekends when counting the 5-dayss out requirement. This should be business days only!
- Authorization numbers provided by patients must still be verified for accuracy by our Pre-Authorization Team. If you receive a call from a patient who wishes to provide this information, please email the details to Leadership. Once verified, the patient will be contacted to reschedule into a sooner appointment.
- If a patient's pre-authorization is not completed prior to their appointment, the patient will have the option to be rescheduled or be billed as self-pay. If they choose to be billed as self-pay, they will not be reimbursed by their insurance.

Updated Pricing for CTLS Exams:
- Pricing for the CT Thorax Lung Scan (CTLS) exam has recently changed.
- There has been a price increase from $195 to $255.
