CT Age Limits:
- Please be sure to check the age limits when scheduling Computed Tomography (CT)
- We do not perform "WITHOUT CONTRAST" CT's on anyone under the age of 16
- We do not perform "WITH CONTRAST" CT's on anyone under the age of 18

Documenting Prep Instructions:
- When documenting the Prep Instructions in Notes, make sure to list the detailed instructions that were given to the patient
- Typing "PREP PROVIDED" into the Notes is not acceptable
- Completing this step allows the Center to have confidence that the patient was provided the full prep and be aware of what was communicated to the patient
- The easiest way to do this would be to copy and paste the prep after providing it to the patient
