- Please be sure that we are not scheduling patients for exams when they have Medicaid, we will not be able to see the patient. We cannot bill the patient and patient cannot be self-pay.
- We can see patients that have Medicare as their primary and Medicaid as their secondary.
- Please be sure that you are providing patients with the correct X-ray hours for each location. We have daily updates, and we need to be vigilant about reviewing the update to provide the correct information. As the scheduling team we are responsible for providing the most up to date and accurate information.
