Virtual Colonoscopy Scheduling Guidelines:
- Review VC availability using both of the following:
- Reviewing Future Scheduled Virtual Colonoscopy Exam in eRAD (to view already booked appointments)
- This job aid (Virtual Colonoscopy Calendar)
- Confirm that the requested date and location have available capacity before scheduling.
- If availability is confirmed:
- Schedule the exam in eRAD following standard scheduling workflows.
- After scheduling, send an email notification using the approved template below.
