Scheduling Lead Time Reminder
- For exams requiring an order:
- Symptomatic patients: schedule at least 2 business days out if the order is not yet available.
- All other exams: schedule at least 4 business days out if the order is not yet available.
- Never schedule same-day or next-day exams if the order has not been received.
- Important: The following locations schedule their own diagnostic mammograms for now. Please send an email instead of scheduling:
- DC - Suite 200
- Sterling
- Chevy Chase

Dr. Allison Update
- Dr. Allison is currently only going to DC and Fairfax locations.
- She does not know if/when she will be returning to Sterling.
Insurance Reminder
- Schedule Sterling patients under Anthem, especially FEP, except CareFirst BlueChoice.
- All Federal patients scheduled at Sterling must be scheduled under the Anthem option.

Barium Reminder
- Barium is only available for pick up at the following Centers:
- Bethesda
- Chevy Chase
- DC/19th Street (Suite 200)
- Fairfax
- Germantown
- Park Potomac
