Winchester, VA Location
Please be aware on Monday September 8th, Winchester calls will be routed to the WR Scheduling team. This was a previous Progressive Radiology center that rebranded as Solis in February 2025. Therefore, please use the correct opening script with Solis Mammography in it. This location performs breast imaging, general body ultrasounds, biopsy and x-rays. The exams you will be scheduling are only the breast imaging exams (Screening Mammo, DX Mammo, Breast Ultrasound, and Dense Breast Ultrasound). All other exam types are to be transferred to the Center for scheduling.
Important Note: For insurance, only use Carrier Codes that contain the "WIN" alpha-prefix.

DC-19th Street Location: Calcium Scoring
This is another reminder Calcium Scorings are not being performed at WR-19th Street location until further notice. Please do not add any to their schedule at this time. We are still getting notifications that this is being done. Please pay attention to this since there is no warning in eRAD to remind you not to schedule this exam at the WR-19th Street location.
Sterling and Chevy Chase: DX Mammo/Breast U/S
You no longer have to send an email to schedule DX Mammo/Breast US at Sterling or Chevy Chase. You should be able to schedule them like normal.
Important Note: A diagnostic mammogram can never be scheduled by itself. A breast ultrasound is always scheduled after the diagnostic mammogram.

The Fairfax location has temporarily stopped performing DEXA Bone Density Exams at this time. Please apologize for the inconvenience and offer other locations to patients/callers. In addition, please pay attention to your emails for any future updates.
